Get ready to dink, drop, and do some good! On Saturday, April 11, Ellis Real Estate is hosting a community Pickleball Tournament at Chicken N Pickle in Overland Park to benefit Kanbe’s Markets, a Kansas City nonprofit working to reduce food waste and expand access to fresh, affordable produce in neighborhoods across the metro.
Teams of two are invited to hit the courts for a day of friendly competition, connection, and fun—all while supporting a local cause that keeps fresh food out of landfills and on community tables. Each team is guaranteed at least three games, and every player will receive a $75 Chicken N Pickle gift card to use toward food and beverages throughout the day. Players will also enjoy swag bags, chances to win restaurant gift cards, and a special prize for the winning team.
Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, this tournament is designed for all skill levels—and for anyone who loves great food, good company, and giving back.
